At Heredia Consulting & Training (HCT) we look after the personal data of everyone who visits this site and contacts us. This policy explains what data we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.

Data we process
Data you enter in the contact form: name, company, email, phone, discipline of interest, preferred format and message.
Browsing data, only if you accept measurement cookies: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city) and how you reached the site.
We do not ask for sensitive data.
How your information is sent
The form does not store data on this site. When you submit it, WhatsApp or your email app opens with the message ready and you decide whether to send it. The information reaches our WhatsApp or our email.
Why we use your data
To respond to your request, prepare proposals and follow up on any business relationship you start.
To measure how the site is used and improve it, only if you agree.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you send us a message or accept measurement cookies, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your data. To work, the site relies on providers that may process data outside Ecuador: Meta (WhatsApp), your email provider, Google (Google Analytics, only with your consent, and Google Fonts for typefaces) and our web hosting provider. We would only share your data with our strategic partners with your authorization and to handle your request.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and as required by law. Measurement data is kept for the period configured in Google Analytics, up to 14 months.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification and update, deletion, objection, portability, suspension of processing and not to be subject to automated decisions, and withdraw your consent. Write to sheredia@herediact.com with your request; we will reply within the time limits set by law. You may also contact Ecuador's Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.
Cookies
The site stores your cookie choice in your browser. Google Analytics cookies (_ga and similar) are only enabled if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to the information we receive is restricted to our team.
